At Mejji, quality is at the heart of what we do, and your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If something isn’t right upon arrival, we’ll make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of: the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and products received. Photographic evidence is required to process any claim.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund only in the following cases:
The wrong product was sent
The product is defective (quality issue at delivery)
The product was damaged during shipping
The product appears tampered with upon arrival
Items are missing from your order
Claim Deadline
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
As our products are perishable, we may reject claims if:
the evidence is insufficient, or
the evidence is not provided within the 48-hour window.
Replacement & Refund Process
If your claim is approved, we aim to ship a replacement within 2 business days (subject to availability and courier timelines).
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible or if another solution is agreed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
We process approved refunds as quickly as possible; bank processing times vary and may take additional business days.
Delivery Failures & Reshipment
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, inability to receive the package), Mejji cannot be held responsible. Any returned or rerouted shipments may be subject to reshipment charges, payable by the customer.
Corporate & Custom Orders
Corporate gifting orders and custom/personalized orders (e.g., tailored assortments) may be final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, missing items, or non-conformity.
Pricing Note
All prices on Mejji are displayed TTC (incl. VAT). Any delivery fees (if applicable) are shown before checkout.
Privacy Policy
Mejji collects and uses your personal data only to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns/replacements, and prevent fraud. We do not process online card payments on our website.
We may share only the necessary information with trusted service providers (such as delivery partners and essential website/e-commerce tools) to fulfill your order.
We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes and for applicable legal/accounting obligations.
Under Morocco’s data protection framework (Law 09-08 / CNDP), you can request access, correction, or objection (on legitimate grounds) by emailing hello@mejjidates.com.
